1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of prokpastrologer.com, Pro KP Astrologer mobile or web applications, astrology tools, consultations, subscriptions and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age at which you may independently consent, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Nature of astrology services

Astrology, horoscope, KP astrology, Panchangam, Muhurtham, numerology, matchmaking, predictions, consultations and related content are provided for informational, educational and personal-guidance purposes. Astrology involves interpretation and does not guarantee any particular event, outcome or result.

The Services are not a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on or after using the Services.

4. Accounts and information you provide

Some features may require an account or information such as birth details, contact information or consultation inputs. You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and to keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Subscriptions, purchases and billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription, one-time purchase or other payment. Pricing, billing period, trial terms and included features will be shown at the point of purchase. Purchases made through an app store or third-party payment provider are also subject to that provider’s terms.

Where recurring billing applies, subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store or billing provider before renewal. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not necessarily provide a refund for a period already purchased. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the relevant app-store/payment-provider policy and mandatory consumer law.

6. Free trials and promotional access

If a free trial or promotional period is offered, its duration and eligibility rules will be displayed when offered. We may limit trials to eligible users, accounts or devices and may modify or discontinue a promotion where permitted by law. A paid subscription may begin automatically after a trial if that was clearly disclosed at sign-up and you do not cancel in time.

7. Consultations and user communications

Where consultation, chat, report, call or similar features are available, response times and outcomes may vary. You agree to communicate respectfully and not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or harmful material. We may restrict access to consultation or communication features when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention or service integrity.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• attempt to bypass subscriptions, access controls, licensing, security or usage limits;
• reverse engineer, scrape, copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected parts of the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• interfere with servers, networks, accounts or other users;
• upload malware, harmful code or content that infringes another person’s rights;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, interfaces, calculations, text, graphics, branding, design, databases and original content, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you to use the Services, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Names, logos and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit where you own it. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the requested Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms such as app stores, payment providers, hosting providers, maps, analytics, advertising or other services. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Your use of them may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be added, modified, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical or business reasons. We may release updates that are required for continued compatibility or security.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that astrology interpretations, calculations, predictions, consultations or other content will be accurate for every user or situation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro KP Astrologer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on astrology interpretations or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

15. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirements or non-payment for paid access. You may stop using the Services at any time. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable billing provider where relevant.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Services and forms part of your use of the Services.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Services, legal requirements or business practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where required by law, additional notice will be provided for material changes.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or local-law rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Any dispute will be handled by a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.
